Additionally, we provide up to 400KWH of electricity per month, with any overage billed at a reasonable rate of $10 per 100KWH. Water is also included, with up to 1000 gallons per month, and any excess usage is billed at just $0.10 per gallon. We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we require mandatory pet screening before approval. Small pets are welcome with an additional $150 deposit. To ensure the safety and well-being of our residents, proof of renter's liability insurance is required, or you can opt for our provided policy at a monthly fee of $12.50.
